摘　　要：目的探讨胃镜下喷洒生物蛋白胶治疗十二指肠球部溃疡并出血的疗效。方法将158例无严重并发症的十二指肠球部溃疡并出血的患者随机分为研究组和对照组两组,治疗组溃疡局部喷洒生物蛋白胶+常规治疗,对照组常规治疗,比较两组疗效。结果治疗组患者止血时间、再出血率、输血量和手术率明显示低于对照组(P<0.05),两组住院总费用无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论胃镜下喷洒生物蛋白胶治疗十二指肠球部溃疡并出血成功率高,止血效果明显,预后较好。[ Objective ] To observe the efficacy of spraying of biological fibrin glue in treatment of duodenal bulbar ulcer with bleeding under gastrescopy. [ Methods] A total of 158 patients of duodenal bulbar ulcer without serious complications were randomly divided into research group （ A ） and control group （ B ）. Group A received local spraying of biological fibrin glue ＋ conventional therapy, group B only received convemional therapy. The efficacy of the 2 groups was compared. [ Results ] The hemostasis time, rebemorrhage, transfusion and surgical operation rate of patients in group A were significantly lower than those of group B （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the difference of total cost of hospitalization between 2 groups was not significant （ P 〉 0.05 ） [ Conclusion ] The spraying of biological fibrin glue to cure duodenal bulbar ulcer and bleeding under gastroscopy is characterized by high success rate, obvious hemostasis effect, and better prognosis.
