摘　　要：非公募基金会作为近年来的新兴社会力量,在提供教育机会、改善办学条件、深化教学研究、弥补政府教育投入不足等方面发挥着积极作用,在运作过程中呈现出其自身的特点。但由于在总体上还处于初级阶段,非公募基金会存在着缺陷和不足,需要不断革新、不断完善。The non-public offering foundation, as an emerging social force in recent years, plays an active role in providing opportunities, improving school conditions, intensifying teaching research and complementing government investment in education, presenting some unique characteristics in the operation. However, in general, it is still in the primary stage, and there are some defects, which requires continuous innovation and improvement.
