中西医护理实训教学设备管理模式的改革与创新性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨系统、有效、科学的护理实训教学模型设备的管理模式。方法设计护理实训教学模型设备管理改革方案，如模型设备利用率、模型设备维护费用、教学效果、模型设备损坏率等，将其运用在护理本科专业学生的教学中。通过问卷调查、设置评价指标进行评价，衡量改革后实训教学模型设备管理模式的有效性。结果学生对改革后实训教学模型设备管理模式满意度较高，模型设备利用率提高，模型设备维护费用下降，场地使用率增加，模型设备的报损率下降。结论改革后的中西医护理实训教学模型设备管理模式，能够使资源合理有效的利用、节约教学成本，发挥教学模型设备“替代”物品的实用性与仿真效果，既增强实训练习的临床真实感，又提高学生的学习兴趣，有利于培养学生的创新性思维。Objective To explore systematic, effective and scientific management mode of nursing training equipments. Methods To design reform scheme of nursing training equipments management mode （ for examples： model and equipments＇ using-rate, model and equipments maintenance cost, teaching effect, model and equipments failure rate, and etc. ）, and use this scheme in the teaching of BSN nursing students. To evaluate the reform by questionnaire and evaluation index and judge the effectiveness of the reformed management mode of training model and equipment. Results Students were more satisfied with the reformed management mode of training model and equipment. Model and equipment using-rate was increased, equipment maintenance cost was decreased, training room using-rate was increased, and equipment failure rate was decreased. Conclusions The reformed management mode of traditional medicine and western medicine nursing training equipments could make the resources to be reasonably and effectively used, and save teaching cost, and make full use of practical and simulation effect of the teaching model and equipment ＂replacing＂ object, which could improve clinical sense of reality of practical training and the students＇ study interest and was beneficial to develop students＇ innovative thinking.
