哈尼族奕车人离婚现象的人类学分析

摘　　要：本文以田野调查材料为依据,从人类学视角对哈尼族奕车人的离婚现象进行了研究。奕车人中频繁发生的离婚现象与其婚姻模式及整个社会文化密切相关,包办婚姻、自由择偶及不落夫家等婚姻习俗合力促使离婚成为婚姻模式中的重要环节。奕车人对离婚的宽容具有明显的时间限制,婚姻后期,即生育当家之后将通过各种社会文化力量控制以保证婚姻和家庭的稳固。保持婚姻稳定也是奕车人的主要诉求。Basing on the field work, this paper makes an anthropological analysis of divorce phenomenon of Yiche people in the Hani Nationality. Frequent divorce phenomenon in Yiche society is closely related to its mode of marriage and the whole society and culture. The customs of arranged marriage, free-choose marriage and uxorilocal marriage promote the divorce phenomenon together to become an important part of its mode of marriage. Toleration for divorce phenomenon has obvious limit of time in Yiche society. Yiche people start to control and ensure the stability of marriage and family by various force of society and culture after a couple have their first child and run a family. Remaining the stable marriage is also the main demand of Yiche people.
