摘 要:基于控制压电移动机构主体和支撑面之间摩擦力有序变化的方式,以压电叠堆为移动机构的驱动源,设计了一种新型三自由度惯性移动机构。探讨了实现机构运动的工作机理,设计了三自由度移动机构的结构模型,制作了三自由度移动机构样机,搭建了试验测试系统并对移动机构进行了试验测试,得到了运动步长随接触面摩擦因数、载荷、驱动电压的关系曲线。试验表明移动机构具有较好的运动性能和载荷特性。Based on controlling the orderly changes of friction force between the moving mechanism bodies and the supporting faces in mechanical way,a new type 3-DOF inertial moving mechanism by using piezoelectric stack as the driver was presented.The working principles of the moving mechanisms were discussed and the structure model was designed.The prototype of the inertial moving mechanism was manufactured,some experiments of the mechanism were carried out and the curves of movement steplength affected by the friction coefficient,loads,driving voltage were obtained.The experimental results show the moving mechanism has good movement and loading performance.It can be applied in the field of precision engineering,such as micromanipulation,precision driving,precision positioning and optical engineering,etc.
