提速前后客车轮辋裂纹故障浅析

摘　　要：通过提速前后郑州铁路局发现的客车轮辋故障统计,引入轮辋故障损伤率为分析参数,对轮辋裂纹故障的形成及主要影响因素进行了分析,得出提高列车速度和使用闸瓦对轮辋裂纹故障的形成有密切关系。Starting with the statistics of the coach wheel rim failure in zheng zhou Railway Bureau before and after increasing passenger train speed, using wheel rim failure rate as elements of the analysis, the reason of wheel rim fracture and primary effecting factor were then discussed. wheel rim fracture concerned the increasing train speed and using brake shoes.
