摘　　要：在一定的条件下,扁平化能够提高组织机构的总体系统效能,运用模糊综合评估法对扁平化组织进行系统效能评估,得到量化的评估结果,该量化结果易于比较和分析。Under given circumstances,being flattened can enhance the total system effectiveness of the organization,use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation（FCE）to analyze the system effectiveness of the flattening organization,the quantized evaluation result can be obtain,this quantized result is easy to be analyzed and compared.
