射频自凝刀治疗子宫壁肌瘤临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨射频自凝刀治疗子宫壁肌瘤的临床疗效。方法:采用武汉半边天医疗技术发展有限公司生产的"BBT妇科多功能射频治疗仪",利用高频电磁波,通过自凝刀介入到肿瘤使局部组织发生振荡,产生高热效应,细胞凝固坏死、吸收。结果:对116例子宫壁肌瘤治疗效果满意,术后随访临床症状改善,肌瘤进行性缩小,甚至消失。结论:射频自凝刀治疗既安全、有效、方便、微创、出血少,又能保留子宫;不需麻醉,节省医疗费用及血源。Objective:To investigate the clinical curative effect of radio frequency onself coagulate knife in curing uterine wall myoma.Methods:BBT multifuction radiofrequency therapeutic device of department of gynecology was adopted,which was made by Half-sky medical technology development Co.Ltd of Wuhan.High frequency electromagnetic waves were intervened into tumor by onself coagulate knife,making regional tissue to generate vibration and emerge hyperpyrexia effect,resulting in cellular coagulation,necrosis and absorption.Results:116 cases of uterine wall myoma cases had satisfying therapeutic efficacy,and post-operation follow-up showed inproved clinical symptom,progressive contraction and even disappearance of tumor.Conclusion:Radio frequency onself knife therapy have the advantages of not only safety,utility,convenience,micro-injury and less hemorrhage,but also reservation of uterus and free of anaesthesia,saving medical expences and blood resource.
