摘　　要：水泥立窑煅烧过程中的偏火是影响水泥立窑产、质量的重要因素 ,严重时会引起塌窑 ,影响生产的正常进行 .本文在分析水泥立窑偏火形成原因和处理手段的基础上 ,结合偏火传感和腰风控制 ,提出了模糊控制方案 .实际运行表明该方案是合理和有效的 .The deflected burning in the burning process of mechanized shaft cement kiln is a key factor affecting the quality and output of the cement kiln.When the deflected burning is serious,the material collapse inside the kiln will be made and the normal production will be interfered with.In the light of deflected burning sensing and peripheral blowing controlling,the fuzzy control project is presented in this paper on the basis of analyzing the reasons of deflected burning forming and the methods of deflected burning being treated with.Practical operating has proved that this project is rational and effective.
