摘  要:纤维桩-树脂核-冠修复体越来越多用于口腔修复中。树脂核-冠间的黏结力是全冠获得固位力的主要因素之一,而树脂核-水门汀间黏结强度对冠黏结力的获得具有重要影响。本文就树脂成核材料及其临床应用,影响树脂核-水门汀间黏结强度的因素做一综述。Fiber-reinforced composite posts(FRC)-composite resin core-crown systems have been increasingly applied to prosthodontics.The luting strength between composite resin core and crown is considered as one of the major factors from which crown obtained retention,and the luting strength of cements to composite resin core has important influence on achieving crowns'luting strength.In this paper,clinical application of composite resin core and the factors which influence the luting strength of cements to composite resin core were reviewed.
