摘　　要：中国工程建设领域有先进的建造技术和成功的工程经验,但缺乏一整套工程管理技术。工程管理技术体系化的根本任务就是帮助工程技术人员建立全寿命管理的世界观和掌握实现工程建设目标的方法论,并以工程社会观和哲学观思考工程的建设与发展。构建系统化、规范化的工程管理技术体系是我国工程建设领域的重大现实课题。In construction field,China has advanced construction technology and successful experience,but lack of a complete set of project management technology.The fundamental task of the systematic of project management technology is to help engineers create life-cycle management thinking,to master the methodology to achieve project objectives,and to consider the construction and development of projects from the perspective of philosophy and society.Constructing the systematic and standardized project management system is a significant problem in construction field.
