丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗炎症性肠病的研究

摘　　要：目的观察丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗炎症性肠病的临床效果及安全性,并了解其对炎症性肠病活动期高凝状态的影响。方法将103例炎症性肠病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,均给予常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用丹参川芎嗪注射液静滴。结果治疗组D-二聚体及凝血酶原片段F1+2较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率42%,对照组20%,2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论丹参川芎嗪注射液可改善炎症性肠病患者高凝状态,能及早阻断肠黏膜微血栓的形成,提高患者的治愈率。Objective It is to observe the clinical effect and safety of Danshen Chuanxiongqin injection in the treatment for inflammatory bowel disease,and understand the influence of Danshen Chuanxiongqin injection on hypercoagulable state in patients with inflammatory bowel disease.Methods 103 cases with inflammatory bowel disease were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The two groups were given regular drugs,and the treatment group was added intravenously Danshen Chuanxiongqin injection.Results After treatment,the levels of D-dimer and prothrombin fragment 1＋2 in the treatment group were decreased significantly.The total effective rate was 42% in treatment group and 20% in control group,there was significantly difference between them（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The treatment of Danshen Chuanxiongqin injection can improve the hypercoagulable state in patients with inflammatory bowel disease,prevent microthrombosis in intestine mucous membrane,and heighten the curative efficacy.
