摘　　要：阐述了终身学习的定义和内涵,指出了知识管理环境下高校图书馆员进行终身学习的必要性和重要性,探讨了高校图书馆员实施终身学习的方式。The paper defines lifelong learning and presents the importance and necessity of lifelong learning of academic librarians in charge of knowledge management nowadays,and points out the best way of lifelong learning foracademic librarians in charge of information services.
