摘　　要：从人本化管理的角度分析了高校图书馆勤工助学的积极作用,客观阐述了目前高校图书馆勤工助学管理面临的实际问题,并对勤工助学科学管理的途径进行了探讨。Active effects of work-study forthe students in the university library are analyzed from the human humanistic viewpoint of management.The practical issues which management for work-study for the students has faced in the current time in university library are described objectively in this paper.And the ways for scientific management of work-study for the students are explored.
