摘  要:为了准确地对火炮剩余寿命进行评定,通过研究火炮内膛径向磨损量和内弹道性能变化量的相关关系,提出了基于最小二乘支持向量机的单截面火炮特性模型,并引入量子粒子群算法进行模型反演分析,确定最优参数,以预测模型综合有效度为加权系数,对单截面模型加权平均.建立了火炮多截面剩余寿命评定模型.对实弹射击测得的10组试样的实例进行应用分析,得出该模型预测误差为0.006%,验证结果表明,该模型的精度较高,有一定的实用价值.To evaluate gun's residual life accurately,relation between gun bore's radial wear and reducing rate of interior ballistic performance was studied.The single-section characteristic model was suggested by using the least square support vector machine method.The quantum-behaved particle swarm optimization algorithm was introduced to carry out the model inverse analysis so as to determine optimal parameters.The single-section model was weighted and averaged by taking the comprehensive effective degree as weighted coefficient;gun's multisection residual life evaluation model was established finally.The real sample application analysis of 10 groups from service practice indicates that the prediction error of this model is 0.006%.The test results show that the model has high accuracy and practical value.
