摘　　要："干事干净"管理法讲的是廉洁奉公、勤政为民的工作作风,是领导干部必备的第一素质。"干事干净"管理法在晋煤集团内部的深入推进,是提高员工素质,加强理论武装的有力措施;是领导干部廉洁从政的行为标准;是企业促进提升的"催化剂",它们之间有着辩证统一、相互促进的关系。Work Honestly management means honest and diligent work style, which is the first quality for cadres. With the advancement of the management in the Jincheng Mining Group, it is the powerful measurement of increasing the employees＇ qualities and strengthening learning of theory, is the behavior criteria that cadres perforrm their official duties honestly, and is the catalyst of enterprises＇ advancement. Therefore, the management and employees, cadres, and enterprises are a dialectical unity and can promote each other.
