民国中后期西藏工布江达“江达小学”的创办及其历史作用

摘　　要：关于民国中后期(1940-1949)西藏地方的初等教育状况,学术界的研究除了"国立拉萨小学"之外,尚不多见。本文根据中国台湾新公布的国民政府行政院蒙藏委员会驻藏办事处档案,复原当时西藏工布江达一地的"江达小学",叙述其创办始末,归纳其创办的实际效果及历史意义。The studies on the local primary education of Tibet in Republic of China between 1940 and 1949 remains rare except for the state-run Lhasa Primary School. Based on the recently released archives of Tibetan and Mongolian Committee of the Executive Yuan of Chinese Taipei stationed in Tibet, this paper recounts the establishment of Jomda Primary School in Gongbo'gyamda County and summarizes the practical effects and historical significance of its establishment .
