神经精神性红斑狼疮18例临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨神经精神性红斑狼疮(NPLE)的临床表现以及诊断治疗。方法回顾性分析18例神经精神性红斑狼疮的临床表现、辅助检查、治疗以及复发情况。结果 18例患者中,15例患者完全缓解,3例患者部分缓解,其中6例患者在半年内复发。结论伴有系统性红斑狼疮特征性表现的中青年妇女以及确诊的系统性红斑狼疮患者,如出现神经精神症状,应考虑神经精神性红斑狼疮的可能。甲基泼尼松龙联合环磷酰胺冲击治疗对其疗效较好。Objective To observe and explore the clinical features and the treatment of neuropsycho logicallupus erythematosus（NPLE）.Methods Retrospective analysis of clinical manifestations and laboratory examinations in 18 NPLE patients were performed,as well as the treatment and the recurrence.Results Among the 18 NPLE patients,15 fully relieved,3 partly,and 6 recrudesced in half a year.Conclusion Middle and young aged ladies with systemic lupus erythematosus and the Confirmed patinents with the manifestations of psychiatric symptom,should be considered to has the possibility of NPLE.Methylprednisolone and Cyclophosphamide pulse has a good effect on the treatment.
