摘　　要：目的比较2种不同烤瓷系统在2组金瓷修复体之间及其与Vitapan classical比色板的色彩差异。方法应用国际照明委员会CIE1976L*a*b*颜色系统,采用高像素数码摄影及计算机处理技术,在D65光源及中性灰背景下,选用Vita和DeguDent2种烤瓷系统,采集了2组金瓷修复体的24件试件与6件Vitapan classical比色板A2比色片的图片,分别测量分析其色度值。结果镍铬合金烤瓷冠组:2种瓷粉色度差为8.95,Vita瓷粉与比色板色度差为3.74,DeguDent瓷粉与比色板色度差为7.13;金合金烤瓷冠组:2种瓷粉色度差为6.48,Vita瓷粉与比色板色度差为2.16,DeguDent瓷粉与比色板色度差为5.41。结论 2种烤瓷系统及比色板之间的色度差均大于1.5,存在肉眼可见的颜色差异。同种修复体时,Vita瓷粉与比色板的色度差小于DeguDent瓷粉与比色板的色度差。Objective To study the color differences of two groups of metal ceramic restorations and Vitapan classical shade guides in two different porcelain systems.Methods In the neutral gray background,according to CIE1976Lab color scale,a digital camera,computer and D65 light source were selected to measure and compare the characteristics of A2 shade slice in the shade guides and two groups of metal ceramic restorations.Results Ni-Cr alloy-porcelain crown group：color difference between two different porcelain systems was 8.95,color difference between Vita porcelain system and shade guides was 3.74,color difference between DeguDent porcelain system and shade guides was 7.13.Gold alloy-porcelain crown group：color difference between two different porcelain systems was 6.48,color difference between Vita porcelain system and shade guides was 2.16,color difference between DeguDent porcelain system and shade guides was 5.41.Conclusions The color differences between two different porcelain systems and shade guides were greater than 1.5.It was visible.To the same kind of restorations,the color differences betweenVita porcelain system and shade guides were smaller than that between DeguDent porcelain system and shade guides.
