摘 要:基于三维、不可压、定常Navier-Stokes方程和k-ε双方程湍流模型,采用FLUENT流场计算软件,对横风作用下铁路货车D型篷布所受到的气动升力进行数值模拟计算。分析了列车速度和横风风速对篷布气动升力的影响,得出了篷布的气动升力与列车速度、横风风速之间的变化关系。研究结果表明:当横风风速一定时,气动升力随列车速度的增加而增大;当列车速度一定时,篷布所受到的气动升力近似与横风风速的平方成正比;数值计算结果与实车试验结果有较好的一致性。Based on the three dimensional, incompressible and steady Navier - Stokes equation and k - ε turbulence model, FLUENT was adopted to carry out numerical calculation of aerodynamic lift on the D - type tarpaulin of railway freight car in cross winds. The influence of different train - speeds and wind - speeds on aerodynamic performance of D - type tarpaulin was analyzed. The relationships between aerodynamic lift and train - speed as well as wind -speed were obtained. The results show that when the speed of the cross wind keeps constant, the aerodynamic lift on the D - type tarpaulin largens increased the increase of the train velocity. Moreover, when the speed of train maintains unchanged, the aerodynamic lift is proportional to the square of wind speed. The calculated values and the full -scale train test values are basically identical.
