摘 要:为分析铁路生产力布局的调整对货物运到期限的影响,通过调研、借鉴有关文献,分析了铁路生产力布局的调整对货物送达时间的影响,统计分析了各类货运产品的日均运行时间和平均旅速,并对统计结果进行了检验。以此为依据,对现行运到期限计算方法进行了改进,并根据统计分析结果和有关文献,确定了各参数的取值范围。In order to analyze the effects of adjusting of railway productivity distributing on time limit of freight transport, on the basis of investigating and literature, railway freight forwarding process and every tache of forwarding process were analyzed, and the reasonable point of penetration for calculating time limit of freight transport was confirmed. Further more, the effects of adjusting of railway productivity distributing on time limit of freight transport were analyzed. According to result of surveying and analyzing, category of railway freight transport was compartmentalized on the basis of parameter of the traffic kilometrage of a train traveling in one day. Finally, the dynamical adjustment to various parameteres in the improved computational method for the time limit of the freight was proposed.
