摘　　要：高等教育发展的不同阶段,影响教学质量的主要因素不尽相同。文章分析了当前影响高校教学质量的主要因素,即教师队伍、教学管理、课程考核、生产实践等,并提出了以加大教育投入为重点,进一步加强教师队伍建设、更新教学管理模式、改革课程考核方法、强化学生生产实践等提高教学质量的对策。The principal factors which affect teaching quality are different in the various development stages of higher education. The thesis analyzes the principal factors, i.e. teaching faculty, teaching management, course assessment, productive practice. It presents countermeasures on how to raise teaching quality, such as increasing inputs in education, constructing teaching faculty, renewing teaching management modes, reforming methods of course assessment, reinforcing students＇ productive practice, etc.
