摘　　要：针对高校特点。把握科学规律，探讨创新高校反腐倡廉制度的内在要求、途径、方法，完善机制，抓住重点，健全法规，创新高校反腐倡廉教育制度、监督制度、预防制度、惩治制度．建立高校科学严密完备管用的反腐倡廉制度体系。In view of colleges＇ features, we will probe into the inner requirements and means of combating corruption system in colleges according to the scientific rules. Through improving mechanism and regulations, we will innovate the education system, supervision system, prevention system and punishment system to establish scientific and effective system of combating corruption in colleges.
