摘　　要：近年来，国际对华反倾销急剧增加，这既有国际整体经济形势的影响，也与我国自身的国情有关。本文从国际对华反倾销的现状出发，进一步从多个角度分析了对华反倾销的原因。并在此基础上提出了相关的对策建议。The present international antidumping against China is acute, owing to the influence of international overall economic situation and our own national conditions. This thesis analyzes the reasons of international antidumpi＇ng against China on the basis of the current situation and then puts forward the relevant countermeasures and suggestions.
