摘　　要：人才培养规格是应用型本专科院校教育教学活动的依据、出发点和归宿．本文作者结合教育教学实践，剖析了现行本专科人才培养规格的重大缺失，指出了优化人才培养规格的重点，并在此基础上提出了优化实现人才培养规格的课程支撑体系及教学模式。The personnel training plan is the foundation and destination of applied educati on. This thesis analyzes the shortcomings of the present personnel training plan on the basis of teaching and then puts forward the importance of personnel training and lastly puts forwards the supporting system and teaching models of optimizing personnel training plan.
