正常成人斜坡MRI T1WI信号特点的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨正常成人斜坡MRI T1WI信号特点,为斜坡疾病影像学诊断提供参考依据。方法:将70例正常成人划分为三个年龄组(青年组、中年组、老年组)和两个性别组,并根据其斜坡T1WI信号表现特点将正常成人斜坡进行三型五分法分型(Ⅰ型、Ⅱa型、Ⅱb型、Ⅱc型和Ⅲ型),研究不同类型正常成人斜坡的年龄和性别分布特点及其诊断指导意义。结果:70例中Ⅰ型0例、Ⅲ型2例、Ⅱ型68例(其中34例为Ⅱc型,约占Ⅱ型的50%),Ⅱa、Ⅱb与Ⅱc三型在各年龄组间的总体分布存在统计学差异,P<0.05;Ⅱb、Ⅱc型与Ⅱa型在各年龄组的分布均存在统计学差异,P<0.05;Ⅱa、Ⅱb及Ⅱc三型斜坡信号分布特点与年龄分布有相关性,P<0.05,r=0.439;成年男性与女性Ⅱ型斜坡各亚型信号分布无统计学差异,P>0.05。结论:正常成人斜坡MRI T1WI信号特点具有年龄相关性。根据T1WI信号特点对正常成人斜坡进行三型五分法划分更有利于斜坡病变的影像学评价。Objective： To analyze the image performance of the normal adult clivus MRI T1WI, providing a theoretical basis for clivus imaging diagnosis of the disease. Methods ： 70 cases of normal adults were divided into three age groups （ youth group, middie-aged group, elderly group） and two gender groups, and in accordance with these, clivus T1WI signal performance was characterized by the three main pattern five subgroups method （ pattern Ⅰ, Ⅱ a, Ⅱ b, Ⅱ c and Ⅲto study the different pattern of normal adults, the age and sex distribution of the elivus characteristics and diagnostic significance. Results ： Of all 70 cases, there was 0 case of pattern Ⅰ , 2 cases of pattern Ⅲ, and 68 cases of pattern Ⅱ （of which 34 cases were pattern Ⅱc） ; there were statistical differences in the overall population distribution among pattern Ⅱ a, Ⅱb and Ⅱ c for different age groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; there were statistical differences in the distribution in pattern Ⅱ b, Ⅱ c with Ⅱ a for different age groups, P 〈 0.05 ; the distribution of pattern Ⅱ a, Ⅱb and Ⅱ c had rele- vance with age, P 〈 0. 05, r = 0. 439 ; There was no statistical difference of the pattern Ⅱ clivus signal distribution between adult men and women（P 〉0. 05）. Conclusion： The normal adult clivus MRI T1WI signal characteristics have relevance with age; The T1WI clivus signals classified by three main pattern five subgroups method would profit to judge the clivus disease with imaging.
