摘  要:为了正确评价不同栽培模式对土壤健康的影响,利用温室进行人工模拟栽培试验,研究结果表明:在Cd和Pb复合污染下,单一作物栽培与混合栽培对土壤微生物量、呼吸强度、脲酶活性、磷酸酶活性均有显著的影响;土壤微生物量、呼吸强度、脲酶、磷酸酶均随Cd和Pb浓度的升高而显著降低;不同栽培模式下的土壤微生物量、呼吸强度、酶活性大小均表现为:混合栽培>单一栽培>未栽培植物,说明栽培措施可以缓解Cd和Pb联合污染对土壤微生物的压力,而混合栽培比单一栽培更能达到改善土壤健康状况的目的;土壤健康状况可以在一定程度上通过脲酶与磷酸酶活性的大小来反映。In order to evaluate the effects of different planting patterns on soil heath,simulated pot experiment was conducted at greenhouse located in Shanghai Jiaotong University.The results indicated that under Cd and Pb combined pollution,monoculture and mixed planting significantly affect the soil microbe,soil respiration,and enzyme activities.With elevated heavy metal concentration,all the soil microbe,soil respiration,and enzyme activities significantly reduced.The order of soil microbe,soil respiration and enzymes as follow: mixed planting monoculture unplanted.So planted treatment could alleviate the stress caused by Cd and Pb combined pollution.It is suggested that assessment of urease and phosphatase activities for soil could be a powerful toxic assessing indicator for soil health,and mixed planting could improve the extent of soil heath and soil microbe diversity better than monoculture.
