摘　　要：人文关怀背景下高校体育文化的建设与发展面临多方面的挑战和机遇,关注和加强校园体育文化建设,为大学生身心健康和谐发展创造良好的文化环境。Under the background of humanistic solicitude,university sports culture construction and development faces many challenges and opportunities. We should concern and strengthen the construction of campus sports culture and create good cultural environment for the harmonious development of the students＇ physical and psychological health.
