泸州市消除碘缺乏病防治对策与效果研究

摘　　要：目的研究消除碘缺乏病(IDD)防治对策,实现泸州市消除IDD阶段性目标。方法课题实施前开展流行病学病情调查,了解泸州IDD本底状况提供防治决策依据。随后以对重点人群普服碘油丸为主导措施,积极补碘。接着实施食盐加碘普供碘盐。并加强执法力度,强化碘盐管理和监测。积极开展管理、防治、监测、健康教育四个方面的创新模式探索,进一步完善、实施"领导重视、部门配合、社会参与"的持续工作机制和综合防治干预策略,全方位防治IDD。结果全市在2005年实现基本消除IDD目标基础上。2009年全市4县3区实现了消除IDD目标。结论加强健康教育和监测,开展防治创新模式探索,实行食盐加碘,全民普服碘盐为主的综合防治干预策略,成效卓越。Objective To study the prevention and cure strategy to eliminate iodine deficiency disorder（IDD） and reach the goal of elimination IDD in Luzhou.Methods Iodized salt was provide to residents in Luzhou,iodine supplement was conducted among special population at high risk such as children and women aged 18-40 years.Meanwhile the continuous surveillance of iodized salt and strict supervision on salt market were conducted.In addition,a set of new models on health education,iodized salt surveillance,supervision/management of salt market and prevention/cure of IDD were established,and multi-sector cooperation was conducted for the elimination of IDD.Results On the basis of basic eradication of IDD In Luzhou in 2005,the goal of eradication of IDD was reached in 3 districts of 4 counties in Luzhou in 2009.Conclusion The long-term mechanism with more attention from government,co-operation from sections＇ of government and non-government organizations had achieved great success in elimination of IDD in Luzhou.
