两种松毛虫蛹的营养成分比较及其评价

摘　　要：从变害为利的观点和昆虫资源利用的角度出发，探讨两种松毛虫蛹的营养价值．云南松毛虫（ＤｅｎｄｒｏｉｍｕｓｈｏｕｉＬａｊｏｎｑｕｉｅｒｅ）蛹的蛋白质、氨基酸、脂肪和碳水化合物的含量分别为５８１５％，３５９８％，２２５２％和６８２％；文山松毛虫（ＤｐｕｎｃｔａｔｕｓｗｅｎｓｈａｎｅｎｓｉｓＴｓａｉｅｔＬｉｕ）蛹分别为６１２６％，３８９２％，１９７５％和９７０％；前者的不饱和脂肪酸含量与Ｐ／Ｓ值分别为６３５９％和１７６３％，后者分别为６１６９４４％和１６３１６％；必需脂肪酸分别为３２２０２８％和２８４０％；两种虫蛹皆含有多种维生素和丰富的矿物元素．From viewpoint of turning pests into resources,this paper deals with the nutritive value of two pine caterpillars.The contents of protein,amino acids,fat and carbohydrate of Dendrolimus houi are 5815%,3598%,2252% and 682% respectively,while those of Dpunctatus wenshanensis are 6126%,3892%,1975% and 970%;the essential fatty acids of the former are 322028%,the latter 2840%;both pupae are rich in vitamins and minor elements.
