摘　　要：在"两型社会"背景下,建设节约型校园,不仅是高校自身发展的需要,更是高校应有的社会责任。我们应该深刻认识到建设并确保节约型校园长效的紧迫性和艰巨性,要正确教育和引导师生树立节约资源、保护环境的意识,通过制度创新、技术创新、管理创新,有效整合办学资源,优化资源配置,提高资源的利用率,确保高校节约型校园的长效建设。In the ＂society＂ background, building a conservation-type campus, not only their own development needs of colleges and universities, but also their social responsibility of universities.We should deeply understand the campus building and to ensure long-term saving the urgency and difficulty, educate and guide students to set the correct resource conservation, environmental awareness, through institutional innovation, technological innovation, management innovation, and effective integration of educational resources optimize resource allocation, improve resource utilization to ensure the long-term economical campus university building.
