美国大学区域创新能力分析

摘　　要：在经济全球化趋势加快发展和区域竞争日趋激烈的背景下,区域创新能力已成为地区经济获取国际竞争优势的关键环节。作为区域创新体系的重要组成部分,大学的创新能力和创新效率越来越受到国际社会的关注。本文分析了美国大学在区域创新中的作用,阐释了其创造的区域创新绩效,并从知识创造和知识扩散方面重点剖析了美国大学区域创新能力增强的原因:美国政府对大学基础研究的大力度经费支持、大学创业教育教学体系的建立、完善的技术转移法律体系、健全的技术特许办公室等中介组织以及合理的技术转移利益分配机制。With the trend of globalization, regional innovation capacity has become the key factor for provincial economies to acquire international competition advantages, which, as an important component in the local innovation framework and together with its efficiency, has become a focus for the international community. American universities, unmatchable in this area among the world＇s campuses, have already been a key innovative strength and playing an important role in regional innovation and economy. From aspects of knowledge producing and knowledge dissemi-nation, this paper concludes that, American university＇s regional innovation capacity lies in the factors of, firstly, great volumes of government funds in its basic researches, then, the university＇s entreprenuerial education curriculum, the sound legal system of technology transfer, and finally, the complete agent services for technology licensing and a rational benefits distribution pattern for technology transferring.
