摘　　要：在法律解释方法体系中,社会学解释是一种侧重于从预测社会效果的角度来阐释规范含义的方法。社会学解释在司法实践中的价值在于满足社会需要、限制自由裁量以及实现社会利益最大化。社会学解释有着自身固有的局限,例如难以准确预测社会效果,适用范围狭窄,牺牲个案正义以及危及法律规范含义的稳定性等。我们应对社会学解释的价值和局限有充分的认识,使之在司法实践中发挥最优作用。In legal methodology, sociological interpretation concentrates on the predictions of social effects The values of sociological interpretation lie in satisfaction of social needs, limiting discretion and maximizing social benefits. Sociological interpretation has its own limits too, such as narrow scope of application, sacrifice of justice in single case, invading the meaning of legal norm. Being aware of the values and limits mentioned above, we can make the best use of sociological interpretation.
