摘　　要：当前高校考试中的作弊现象十分普遍。从分析传统经济学难以解释的彩票中的矛盾现象入手,分析学生的作弊心理,并根据心理分析提出提高试卷质量和将考试作弊惩罚制度落到实处两种提高作弊成本的措施来减少作弊现象。在当前考核制度尚需完善的情况下,提出的对策是治标不治本的无奈之举。Cheating is common in university exams. According to the contradictory phenomenon of lottery which are difficult to explain with traditional economics, this paper analyzes the cheating psychology and gives the advice of improving cheating cost by improving the quality of papers and implementing the cheating penalty to reduce cheating phenomenon. It is pointed that the measures put forward are not to avoid cheating completely, but only a compromise to reduce cheating, for the current examination system needs to be perfected.
