摘 要:介绍了褐煤低温干馏工艺的实验装置及方法,研究了干馏温度、干馏时间和干馏煤样质量对粉煤及粒煤低温干馏半焦残留挥发分的影响。实验结果表明:随着干馏温度的升高和干馏煤样质量的增加,测得干馏半焦残留挥发分降低;随着干馏时间的延长,半焦残留挥发分降低,但时间超过一定值时,半焦残留挥发分开始上升;不同温度下粒煤和粉煤干馏半焦挥发分残留率表现的规律不同。Experimental devices and methods for dry distillation of lignite at low temperature and researches have been introduced.And researches have been undertaken on the affect of temperature,time and the sample weight of dry distillation at low temperature on the remained volatile content of semi coke of fine coal and lump coal.The experiment shows that the remained volatile content of semi coke is measured reducing as the temperature,the sample weight and the dry distillation time is increasing.However,when the time passes a certain period,the remained volatile content of semi coke starts to increase.In addition,the residual rate of volatile content of semi coke of lump coal and fine coal after dry distillation shows different performances at different temperature ranges.
