摘  要:实验以月桂酸、氯化亚砜、天冬氨酸为原料,合成了一种新型氨基酸表面活性剂N-十二酰基天冬氨酸,并以MS和IR对其结构进行了表征。其较佳反应条件为:θ=5℃,体系pH=10~11,n(天冬氨酸):n(十二酰氯)=1.1:1,t=3 h,收率为84.56%。研究表明:pH=6时,其表面张力达最低值,温度为293~313 K时,其cmc为2.90~3.22 mmol/L,γ_(cmc)为29.22~23.65 mN/m;在不同硬度硬水中,钙皂分散能力均优于LAS和OAB。A novel kind of amino acid based surfactant, N-lauroyl aspartic acid, was synthesized from lauric acid, thionyl chloride and aspartic acid. Its structure was identified by MS and IR. The synthesis conditions were optimized by orthogonally arranged experiments. The optimal conditions were: θ=5 ℃, pH=10-11, n(Aspartic acid) : n(lauryl chloride)= 1. 1 : 1 and t=3 h with the yield of 84.56%. Performance research showed that the surface tension was the lowest at pH=6, when the temperature was between 293 K and 313 K, the cmc was between 2.90 mmol/L and 3.22 mmol/L, γcmc was between 29. 22 mN/m and 23.65 mN/m. The dispersing properties were all better than LAS and OAB in different hard waters.
