广西横县新婚夫妇地中海贫血筛查结果分析

摘　　要：目的了解地中海贫血(以下简称地贫)高发地区新婚夫妇地贫或基因携带者检出率及其婚配率的发生情况。方法采用血常规、Hb电泳分析和基因检测方法对13 880例(6940对)新婚夫妇及符合计划内待孕夫妇进行检测。结果 13880例中检出α地贫1955例,检出率14.08%,检出β地贫986例,检出率7.10%。α/α婚配夫妇255对,α/α配对率3.67%;β/β婚配夫妇40对,β/β配对率0.6%。结论地贫高发区存在较高的地贫或基因携带者的配对率。应加大地贫遗传危害健康教育,提高婚育人群婚前、孕前的地贫筛查率。Objective： To learn the circumstancesthe of detectable rate and its marrage rate which young couple who live in the High-occurrence Thalassemia area got Thalassemia or carrying this gene.Methods： Cheaking 13 880cases（6940 couples） who are young couple and the couples for preparing pregnancy who conform to the birthing plan with blood routine,Hb analysis of electrophoresis and checking gene.Results： Detecting 1955cases α Thalassemia from 13 880cases,its detectable rate is 14.08%;and 986 α Thalassemia cases,its detectable rate is 7.10%.α/α married couples are 255 couples,α/α matching rate is 3.67%;β/β married couples are 40 couples,matching rate is 0.6%.Conclusion： The high matching rate of Thalassemia or carrying Thalassemia exist in the High-occurrence Thalassemia area.We should intensifies education which the hereditary is bad for health,improve Thalassemia Screening rate of married couples before marrying or pregnanting.
