摘  要:本文以2008年度"中国大学毕业生求职与工作能力调查"山东省数据为基础,分别采用Probit模型和Heckman样本选择模型,考察了大学生毕业半年后的就业和工资状态。结论是:女大学生在毕业半年后的就业中遭遇着就业机会和工资的双重歧视。故,破解女大学生就业难,一方面需要政府进一步加强反性别歧视的法律干预;另方面还得靠自身综合素质的提高及其就业竞争力的提升而得到改善。Based on the data of "Investigation on the Employment and Working Ability of Chinese University Graduates" from Shandong Province in 2008, we adopt Probit Model and Heckman Selection Model and examine the situation of employment and salary of university graduates after half year of their graduation. The conclusions are: female graduates would encounter double discrimination of employment and salary after half year of their graduation. As a result, to solve the problem of hard employment of female graduates, on one hand, the government needs to further make iegal intervention of anti - sex discrimination; on the other hand, they should improve their comprehensive quality and employment competitiveness.
