地榆升白片对恶性淋巴瘤化疗中血细胞下降的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察地榆升白片对恶性淋巴瘤经典化疗后外周血像的影响。方法:将33例非霍奇金侵袭性淋巴瘤(NHL)(Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma,NHL)患者随机分为观察组和对照组;观察组(17例)采用地榆升白片加CHOP方案化疗,对照组(16例)采用CHOP方案化疗,观察两组外周血常规变化及集落刺激因子用量。结果:观察组:III度及IV度骨髓抑制发生率11.76%,显著低于对照组31.25%,(χ2=4.467.P<0.05);观察组外周血白细胞(WBC)、血小板(PLT)、血红蛋白(HB)治疗后与治疗前差异无统计学意义,P>0.05;对照组外周血WBC、PLT、HB治疗后较治疗前明显下降,其中WBC、PLT差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。观察组,对照组人均给予集落刺激因子里亚金(200 ug),用量分别为(1.99±0.58)支、(3.62±1.93)支,差异有显著性(t=2.561.P<0.05)。结论:地榆升白片可预防恶性淋巴瘤化疗的骨髓抑制作用,提高外周血WBC和PLT水平,减少集落刺激因子的用量,值得推广。objective： to observe the affect of Diyu-shengbai tablet to Peripheral hemogram of malignant lymphoma after classical chemotherapy.Methods： 33 cases of invasive non-hodgkin＇s Lymphoma patients were randomly divided into trial group and control group.17 cases of trial group were treated with the diyu-shengbaipian tablet and CHOP chemothyrapy and 16 cases of control group were treated only with CHOP chemotherapy,observe the difference of peripheral hemogram and the dose of colony-stimulating factor between the two groups.Results：the trial group has the lower bone marrow suppression ratio than the control group,which is 11.76% to 31.25%（χ2=4.467,P 0.05）.In trial group,There is no significant differences of peripheral hemogram（WBC,PLT,hemoglobin） before and after treatment（P0.05）,while the WBC and HB declined obviously,after treatment in control group（P0.05）.The dose of colony-stimulating factor used in trial group was fewer than in control group,which is 1.99± 0.58 to 3.62 ± 1.93,（t=2.561,P0.05）.Conclusion： diyu-shengbaipian tablets can prevent the bone marrow suppression after chemotherapy of malignant lymphoma,improve WBC and PLT level,and reduce the dosage of colony-stimulating factor,and is worth of popularizing.
