摘  要:目的本文就HO:YAG激光LTK术治疗远视的早期临床结果进行分析,探索手术方案与屈光度之间的关系。方法对18例20只轻度远视眼行HO:YAG激光LTK术治疗,术前屈光度为0.50~2.25D,采用2种不同能量密度,平均随访5.6±1.7mo。结果Ho:YAG激光LTK术对轻度远视(≤3.0D)有效,能量密度65J·cm-2组较能量密度44J·cm-2组治疗效果好,回退明显减少。结论早期临床观察证实此手术方法简单、迅速、见效快以及无短期并发症等优点,不失为有前途的手术治疗。Objectives To study the early clinical results of Ho: YAG laser thermokeratoplasty, for hyperopia and to evaluate the relationship between parameters and refractive effect after the operation. Method Ho:YAG laser thermokeratoplasy was tised in 20 eyes of 18 patients to treat low hyperopia (0. 50~ 2. 25D before operation) by using different energy fluence. Average follow-up period was 5. 6±1. 7 months. Results Ho: YAG LTK was effective to treat simple low hyperopia (≤3. 0D),in 65J·cm -2 fluence group,it had better results than in 44J cm -2group,and regression was significantly reduced. Conclusions LTK is a simple,fast,effective procedure with no short term complication. It seems to be a promising procedure.
