原发性闭角型青光眼患者的社会心理因素分析

摘　　要：目的探讨社会心理因素与原发性闭角型青光眼（PACG）发病的关系。方法80例PACG患者与80例正常对照者按年龄、性别、职业配对，采用艾森克个性问卷（EPQ）、症状自评量表（SCL－90）、生活事件量表（LES）为研究工具，进行病例对照研究。结果PACG组EPQ的N分、SCL－90总分及6项因子分（躯体化、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、敌对和偏执）、LES的负性生活事件数和负性生活事件值及生活事件总值均显著高于对照组。Logistic回归分析结果为N分及负性生活事件值进入回归方程。结论社会心理因素与PACG发病有明确关联，其主要因素为患者神经质倾向的人格特征、发病前过多的负性生活事件及他们对负性生活事件过于强烈的反应。Objective To investigate the relationship between psychosocial factors and the onset of primary angle closure glaucoma (PACG). Methods Eighty patients with PACG and eighty normal subjects were matched according to age. sex and occupation, A case-control study was underwent by means of tising EPQ SCL-90 LES as instruments. Results The scores on N subscale of EPQ、SCL 90 and its 6 domains (somatization、interpersonal sensitivity.depression .anxiety .hostility and paranoid ideation),the number and value of negative life events and summary value of life events in patients with PACG were significantly higher than that in normal subjects. Logistic regression analysis showed that N score and the value of negative life events entered the regression equation. Conclusions The psychosocial factors is obvious associated with the onset of PACG. The main factors were that the patients with PACG had experienced more negative life events and produced stronger reaction on them.
