摘　　要：以苏州地区204家样本企业数据,分析了外部技术获取模式(包括技术引进、FDI技术溢出)对企业技术能力的影响。研究发现,FDI技术溢出与技术能力显著正相关,但其正向影响是通过技术学习过程产生的间接作用,突出了技术学习的重要性,也表明FDI技术溢出促进了本土技术能力的发展,但与预期不符的是,技术引进对技术能力的影响却不显著。Base on the data of 204 domestic companies in Suzhou region,this paper analyzes the relationship of external technology acquisition mode and technological capability.Results suggest that FDI spillover effect has a positive effect on technological capability,and technology learning process acts as an absolutely mediator effect.This study stresses the import effect of technology learning in the relationship of external technology acquisition and technological capability development of domestic company and points out that there is no significant relationship between technology import and technological capability.
