牙科桩冠修复失败14例分析

摘　　要：目的探讨对桩冠修复体失败原因临床分析。方法将2007年2月至2010年1月,在我院就诊的桩冠修复失败,将从牙根条件、根管预备、桩冠类型、咬合、邻接触、粘接等进行原因分析。结果本院所遇到的14例桩冠修复失败病例作一归纳分析。其中5例为我们的复诊病人,9例是外单位的修复患者。结论临床上取得了比较满意的效果。goal discussion to pile crown repair body defeat reason clinical analysis.The method February, 2007-2010 years in January, in my courtyard seeing a doctor pile crown repair defeat, from the root of a tooth condition, the root canal preparation, the pile crown type, the linking; the neighbour contacL the c^mentation and so on will carry on the mason analysis.Finally This courtyard meets 14 example pile crown repair defeat case of illness makes an induction analysis.5 examples for ours subsequent visit patient, 9 examples are the external agency repair patients,The conclusion on clinical has obtained the quite satisfactory effect.
