摘　　要：目的探讨外伤性葡萄膜炎与血-房水屏障破坏的关系。方法新西兰白兔18只，以自由落体打击力制备双眼重型闭合性眼球挫伤模型；以131I为示踪剂进行房水免疫学测定。并与正常兔眼作对照。结果房水中131I的含量在伤后1天最高，3天时减半，1周时减至1／11，4周时为0.正常对照组均为0。结论兔眼钝伤后可致较严重的血-房水屏障破坏。伤后1周为快速修复期,4周时完全修复。Obiective To estimate the relation between traumatic uveitis anddefective blood- aqueous barrier.Methods Eighteen New Zealand rabbits were used to establish the animal models of severe ocular contusionby free-fall energy, The content of 131I in aqueous was detected by immunological method and was compared with that of the normal. ResultsThe contents of 131I in aqueous was the maximum on the first day aftertrauma, the half on the 3rd day, 1/11 on the 7the day and 0 on the 28thdsy.All that of normal eyes were 0.Conclusion Blunt trauma can leadto severe defec of blood-aqueous barrier of the rabbit eyes. It could berepaired quickly during the 1st week after trauma and recovered on 4th week.
