摘　　要：目的探讨煤矿伤工睡眠状况,为医学和心理干预提供理论依据。方法采用《睡眠状况自评量表》(SRSS)对170名煤矿伤工进行了调查分析。结果伤工睡眠状况各因子比例显著高于常模P≤0.01),睡眠不稳和服药情况较突出(t=6.083,P≤0.00;t=4.020,P≤0.00);40岁以上与40岁以下比较:睡眠质量(F=4.186,P≤0.01),觉醒不足(F=2.788,P≤0.05),入睡困难(F=7.009,P∠0.001)总分(F=3.68,P≤0.05);睡眠质量:未婚分数高于已婚(F=4.739,P≤0.05);睡眠不稳:离婚高于已婚(F=2.603,P≤0.05);受教育程度:睡眠状况总分,(小学及以下与中等和大学以上F=19.24,P≤0.001)。结论煤矿伤工睡眠状况最突出的是心理和生理反应和睡眠不足及睡眠质量不高;40岁以上伤工存在较严重的入睡困难和睡眠质量问题;未婚伤工睡眠状况好于已婚和离婚者;受教育程度越低,睡眠状况越差。Objective To know the sleeping state of injured coal miners and provide theoretical basis for medical and psychological intervention.Methods The sleeping state of 170 cases of injured coalminers was evaluated with Self-Rating Scale of Sleep（SRSS）.Results Various factors of sleeping state of injured workers were higher than those of normal model with very significant difference（P≤0.01）,There were significant sleeping problems in the injured workers of sleep lability and taking hypnotic（t=6.083,P≤0.00;t=4.020,P≤0.00）;comparing 40 older with 40 years younger：sleep quality（F=4.186,P≤0.01）,deficiency of wakefulness（F=2.788,P≤0.05）,difficulty falling asleep（F=7.009,P≤0.001）total sore（F=3.68,P≤0.05）.Sleep quality：the unmarried people were higher than the married on this factor（F=4.739,P≤0.05）.Sleep lability：divorcee were higher than the married on this factor（F=2.603,P≤0.05）.Education level：total sore of sleeping state was（education level of primary school or below compared with secondary school level and University or above education） F=19.24,（P≤0.001）.Conclusion Psychological and physiological reaction,lack of sleep and worse sleeping quality are significant sleep problems in the sleeping state of injured coalminers.The men over the age of 40 have severe problems of difficulty falling asleep and worse sleeping quality.The sleeping state of unmarried injured coalminers is better than that of married and divorced.The lower level of education the worse sleeping state is.
