某公安院校本科二年级刑事技术专业大学生的个性状况调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解公安院校刑事技术专业大学生群体的个性特征,为进一步更好地在公安院校开展心理教育工作提供科学依据。方法采用《艾森克个性问卷》(成人版)(EPQ中国简版)对某公安院校本科二年级刑事技术专业学生中随机抽取300名进行测试,回收有效问卷294份,回收率98.00%;与中国青年常模进行对比。结果与全国青年男女常模相比,被测男、女本科生E分较高(U=8.77,P<0.001;U=2.71,P<0.05),L分较低(U=-9.92,P<0.001;U=6.19,P<0.001);城市来源和独生子女学生的E分明显大于农村来源和非独生子女(t=2.31,P<0.05;t=2.41,P<0.05);男生的N分明显小于女生(t=-2.23,P<0.05);N、P分在喜欢自己专业和不喜欢自己专业的学生间有显著差异(t=-3.63、P<0.001;t=-3.54,P<0.001);E、N分在喜欢警察职业和不喜欢警察职业的学生间有显著差异(t=2.15,P<0.05;t=-3.18,P<0.01)。结论公安院校本科生的个性特征良好,较全国青年常模有更加外向合群、情绪稳定的优点;与农村来源学生和非独生子女相比,城市来源学生和独生子女学生性格外向;喜欢自己专业和警察职业学生的个性优于不喜欢自己专业和警察职业,兴趣培养可以引导良好的个性特征的形成。Objective To evaluates the personality of sophomore majoring in criminal technique and concrete a solid ground for the psychological consultation in police colleges.Methods EPQ were used to investigate 300 sophomore majoring in criminal technique from police college,298（98.00%）papers were collected.The results were compared to youth norm of china.Results The score in terms of E was higher than youth norm（U=8.77,P0.001;U=2.71,P0.05）;the score of L was lower than youth norm（U=-9.92,P0.001;U=6.19,P0.001）;the score in terms of E was significantly different between the students from cities and rural areas（t=2.31,P0.05;t=2.41,P0.05）,and between the students who were only child in the family or not（t=-2.23,P0.05）;the score of N in female students was lower than male;the scores in terms of N,P were significantly different between the students who were like his specialties or not（t=-3.63,P0.001;t=-3.54,P0.001）;the scores in terms of E,N were significantly different between the students who were like police job or not（t=2.15,P0.05;t=-3.18,P0.01）.Conclusion By contrast to youth norm,the personality of police graduate students is characterized by extroversion and emotional stability and honest.By contrast,the students from cities and from only child families are more directly extrovert than these from rural area and non-only child families.The personality of the students who like his specialties or police jobs is better than the students who do not like.To cultivate interest can induce formed good personality.
