摘　　要：报告用硬腭粘膜移植片替代睑板结膜重建眼睑肿瘤切除后的眼睑15例。术后经长期随访效果满意。这种植片的外形、厚度、硬度与睑板相似，有良好的支撑作用，并有柔软的粘膜表面。术后皱缩小，取材方便，供体区无并发症，是替代睑板结膜的理想材料。The Author reviewed 15 consecutive on of the use of a hardpalate graft to line a reconstruccted eyelid affer tumor excision.During a follow - up of 8 to 35 months,results were satisfactory.The grafts aresome similar to tarsus in shape, thickness and rigidity. The graft mayprovides structural sppurt as well as a mucosal surface, contracts minimally,easy harvest.The donor site heals without complication. A graft ofhard palate mucosa is a satisfactory substifute for the tarsus and conjunctiva in eyelid reconstruction.
