新中国成立以来我国教育招生考试政策的公平性分析

摘  要:招生考试的公平是实现教育公平乃至社会公平的重要方面.新中国成立以来我国教育招生考试政策依次经历了新中国成立初期的重“身份”与“能力”、教育“革命”时期的重“政治出身”与“政治表现”、“文革”时期文化考试被废除及改革开放以来“能力”与“实力”并重四个阶段.招生考试公平在曲折中得到发展。我国教育招生考试政策的演变体现出受政治因素影响大、忽视差异性公平、未能根据经济社会状况及时调整、高校自主招生尚需规范与完善等公平性问题。The equity of recruiting students and Examination reflex the equity of education and society. In China, based on the different developing periods, the recruiting students and Examination Policy has undergone the four stages, that is, the stage of emphasizing identity and capability, the stage of emphasizing class origin, the stage of abolishing college entrance examination, the stage of emphasizing ability and actual strength since reform and opening-up. The equity of recruiting students and Examination has gone through ups and downs. The development of education policy about recruiting students and Examination represents the following equity problems : much influenced by politics, ignorance of the different equity, shortage of regulation in time according to economic and society conditions, need of the independence solicit students.
