摘 要:石花菜(Gelidiumamansii)是1种重要的大型经济海藻,本研究采用AFLP技术对青岛石老人海域石花菜的遗传结构进行了分析,7对引物组合共扩增出346个位点,多态性比例为47.8%。不同个体间的遗传距离分布范围在0.0290.390之间。群体内Na(观测等位基因数)为1.504 3,Ne(有效等位基因数)为1.298 5,Nei's基因多样性指数为0.175 5,Shannon信息指数达到0.263 3。UPGMA聚类分析将30个个体分为2个大的类群,在一定程度上反映了石老人海域石花菜群体遗传多样性不高的现状。Gelidium amansii is an important economical sea alga. In this research, 30 individuals from the Shilaoren sea area of Qingdao were analyzed using amplified fragment length polymorphism (AFLP). In total, 346 loci were obtained using seven combinations of selective primers. Of these loci, 166 were polymorphic, accounting for 47. 8% of the total. The genetic distances between the individuals ranged from 0. 029 to 0. 390. Observed number of alleles is 1. 504 3, effective number of alleles is 1. 298 5, Nei's (1973)gene diversity is 0. 175 5 and Shannon's information index is 0. 263 3. The 30 individuals were clustered into two groups using UPGMA analysis, which showed that the genetic polymorphism of the population from the Shilaoren sea area of Qingdao was lower.
