摘 要:在焓差实验台和热泵性能测试系统中,对1台R417A热泵空调器在高/低温工况下的运行特性进行研究。通过改变蒸发器侧空气的温度、湿度等参数,测定了不同工况下空调器的各项性能指标。结果显示R417A热泵空调器的排气温度相对较低,制冷系统的冷凝温度、蒸发温度、制热系数和功耗在高温工况时变化不大,低温工况时,由于室外侧翅片管蒸发器结霜系统各性能变化较大,在结霜后期系统的性能有较大的衰减。Using air-enthalpy test box and heat pump performance test system,evaluates the running performance of a R417A air-conditioner at high and low temperature condition with.By changing the temperature and humidity of the air on the evaporator side,records the temperature in and out the compressor,evaporation and condensation temperature,COP,and races dynamically the frost formation process on the flat-fin surface of an outdoor heater exchanger with a numeral camera.The results show that the outlet temperature of compressor at the high and low temperature condition is much lower in the R417A air condition,the changing of the condensation temperature,evaporation temperature,COP and power consumed at high temperature condition is less,the change of every aspect at low temperature condition is biggest because the frost on the flat-fin surface,the performance of the air-conditioner at the end of frost period is much worse.
